Mindstream, LLC DBA Mindstream Energy is a U.S.-based, privately held company, incorporated in the state of Florida, that converts low-cost natural gas into high-value digital infrastructure, focusing on off-grid Armada. AI modular data centers for cloud, AI, and high-performance computing (HPC).

We capture underutilized natural gas to generate on-site power, which fuels modular data centers for efficient computing workloads, enabling rapid deployment and scalable operations.

We have several partnerships publicly announced on our Newroom page for data centers, modular technology, immersion cooling and more. We also partnered with Missaukee Oil & Gas for U.S. natural gas supply, and have government support for our International digital energy campus under development.

The Missaukee JV is a U.S. partnership with Missaukee Oil & Gas Company in Michigan, converting natural gas into power for modular Bitcoin Mining and data center operations.

Modular data centers offer rapid deployment in months (vs. years for traditional brick-and-mortar builds). They are easy scalable in 2+ MW increments, with lower capital costs than buildings and reduced environmental impact through efficient modular designs.

We utilize underutilized natural gas to reduce waste and incorporate renewables and carbon recapture whenever possible. Our compact modular compute business model also operates off-grid to minimize community and environmental disruption.
